You are welcome to drive by any of our listings to view the exterior.
To View the Interior
- A completed application {s} is to be submitted at no cost to review. An application must be submitted for anyone that is 18 years or older. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- Once we receive and review the application {s} we will call you to set an appointment for all parties to view. Allow up to approximately 3 business days for a team member to contact you.
- A scheduled invite will be sent to you by email and text message to confirm your appointment. You must confirm by accepting the invite or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- Appointments for viewing homes are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Viewing times may vary due to the location of rental property.
- We ask that all parties be punctual, or the appointment may be subject to cancellation.
- Arrive at our office at 14080 Mill St. Guerneville, CA to pick up the keys to view the property unless otherwise directed.
- We require a valid credit card to hold for the key deposit which is given back to you when keys are returned to our office. We allow 1 hour to view the premises. Time may vary due to location of rental property.
- A valid Government-issued Photo ID is required by everyone 18 years of age or older.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, closed Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.

Our application system is operated through a third-party software provider, and some fields—such as Social Security numbers and ID—are optional. We understand not everyone is comfortable providing that information before viewing a property, which is why we do not require it at the initial stage. The purpose of completing the application in advance is simply to confirm who will be viewing the property, ensure the property is a good fit for the applicant, and help streamline the process should you decide to move forward. This step has proven helpful and efficient for many applicants, especially in a competitive rental market.
We also understand that the software malfunction you experienced was frustrating. Unfortunately, we do not control the functionality of the third-party platform, but we have passed along similar issues in the past to help improve their service.
Our Office Administrator did speak with you and explained our policies. At no point did we decide that you were “not worth showing” the property to. We take pride in being responsive and professional, and we work very hard to manage our properties and show them to qualified applicants. The suggestions that we are lazy or operating a scam are simply not accurate. We have been a family-run business in Sonoma County for decades and maintain many long-term relationships with owners, tenants, and community partners.
