We have used D&G for over a year now on two rental properties. They are extremely knowledgeable about the current market and work with us to evaluate each property to maximize the rental income. The communication with tenants has been excellent with expectations tenant responsibilities clearly explained. Accounting for the properties has been very timely with reports clearly explaining all transactions. The movement of proceeds always occurs concurrent with delivery of the monthly accounting. The office is very responsive to questions and keeps us informed of any anomaly to operations. We hold the relationship in high regard and very contributory toward meeting our investment objectives.
