Business is Blooming!

Business is Blooming!

Our staff at D&G and very excited over all the new flourishing commercial locations along the Russian River. Last year the McKinney Building had a complete makeover, which was overseen by our Broker, Michael DeProto. Located at the corner of Armstrong Woods Road and Main Street, this beautiful building is now home to Riverbed Yoga, Lifvendahl Fine Art Gallery, June Bug Skin Care and Patte’s Massage to name just a few.

Stroll along Main Street and you can’t help but notice that many of our commercial properties have blossomed into five star eateries. From Big Bottom Market to the newly opened Seaside Metal, these chic restaurants are a pleasant addition to the quaint downtown area of Guerneville. We’re also not the only ones who think so! Over the past year the Russian River area has received quite a lot of press, which included multiple articles in Sunset Magazine: Big Bottom Market Restaurant in Guerneville

And, a wonderful write up in The New York Times: Free Spirits in a Sonoma Hamlet.

We are so thrilled to be a part of this transformation and couldn’t be happier for our commercial tenants and their successful businesses.
