Residential Property Management

Full management of your property including promotion of your property, free tenant placement, property condition reports, monthly and annual accounting statements, property inspection, and supervision of maintenance and repairs. We charge a set percentage of the collected rent. The percentage is based on the gross income of the property.

HOA Management

Full management of home owner's associations, collection of dues, payment of bills, supervision of reserve accounts and reserve studies, supervision of repairs, arrangement of meetings, minutes, oversight of transfers, and enforcement of CC&R's. Unlike other HOA management companies, we answer our phones and our office is open to the public.

Commercial Property Management and Rentals

Full management of your commercial property including promotion of your property, free tenant placement, execution of lease agreement, property condition reports, monthly and annual accounting statements, property inspection, and supervision of maintenance and repairs. We charge a set percentage of the collected rent. The percentage is based on the gross income of the property.

Tenant Placement

If you wish to manage your own rental we can find an excellent tenant for you. This service includes professional rental evaluation, promotion of property, strict tenant screening, execution of lease agreement, and supervision of move in. We charge a flat fee based on the rent amount.

Short Term Rentals

Vacation Rentals

A division of D&G Equity, Russian River Vacation Homes is a long established vacation home rental service that provides promotion of all our vacation homes on our web site: www.riverhomes.com , which is well know in the Bay Area and beyond. Our services include advertising costs, MasterCard, Visa and American Express services, 24- hour on line reservations, cleaning, property inspection, inventory monitoring, monthly and annual reports, and winter leases with no leasing fee. We charge a percentage of the monthly gross income.
